Dealing with anxiety is difficult.

With life so busy, we can often be too anxious to be present, but if we take a few moments to breathe, make a warm beverage and be creative, life could be so much better.

If we take care of ourselves when we feel this way, our lives would be SOOO much better!! SO! I’ve come up with a few tips to help BREAK THROUGH the icky feelings when we first feel them. (Can someone remind me of this later when I’m feeling icky?) ;) The Journal all YO feelings Out is an 18 page PDF "book" filled with doodle/journal prompts (anything from 'draw your weird super power' to 'draw how you're feeling right NOW!') that have space to draw out your feelings, and THEN journal about it {if you would like to}!
